Checkout is on our TikTok Shop (RainfreshSG) or our Shopee store (RAINFRESHSG) — every product page has a button for each, and delivery and payment are handled by whichever shop you choose. You can also find us at pop-up events, and the Instant Room Freshener is stocked at Meating Grounds, Vista Point (Woodlands).
Why is the price on TikTok Shop sometimes lower?
We list our regular prices here. TikTok Shop often adds vouchers, new-customer deals and campaign discounts on top — so the price you see at checkout can be lower than the one on this site.
How long does the room spray scent last?
In a small enclosed room, about 1–2 hours. Spray each corner of the room for a stronger, longer effect. For all-day scent, pair it with a reed diffuser.
Room spray, Linen Freshener, Sleep Well or Raudhah Serenity — which one do I need?
Instant Room Freshener is for the air (point it at the floor). Linen Freshener (lavender & mint) is for fabrics — laundry, curtains, raincoats, shoes. Sleep Well is a calming mist for pillows and bedrooms. Raudhah Serenity is a soft musk & rose spray for your sajadah, carpets and prayer space.
Is the room spray safe on my floors?
Yes — it’s alcohol-free with no colouring, and gentle on vinyl flooring and carpets. Please don’t spray it directly onto sofas, furniture or clothes (use Linen Freshener for fabrics), and keep it away from open flames and open fish tanks.
Can I smell the scents before buying?
At our pop-ups you can — we always bring testers. Online, use the Scent Finder or the Scent Library notes.
Where does the 50¢ go?
50¢ from every bottle sold is donated to support Palestine. It’s been part of Rainfresh since our first bottle of hand soap.
Who is Rintik?
Rintik is the Rainfresh mascot: a small holographic raindrop with a big soft nose who sniffs every scent first. Tap Rintik in the corner of any page to chat about scents, prices and gifting, or meet Rintik on its own page.
